Step 1:

Take the circle below with Buddy's image. Click change image. Select image. Select edit image. Use automatic cut out to remove background. Insert White background. Resize where appropriate.

Please note if image needs to shrink it may need to be loaded smaller with more back ground in place this can be done using 'paint' by opening the image in paint and ensuring more background is visible.
